Job Description

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects across Scotland
• Provide project management and quantity surveying services
• Organize and run meetings, take minutes, and ensure project adherence to client brief
• Keep projects on track to complete on time and within budget

About You

The ideal candidate:

• Has at least one year of post-graduate project management experience
• May be recently chartered with RICS
• Holds a BSc or MSc in Construction Project Management or related field
• Is proficient in written and spoken English
• Is comfortable working in a team environment
• Has excellent client-facing skills

Eligibility

You should be a Project Manager at Graduate level with a minimum of one year post-graduate experience or recently chartered with RICS.
