Responsibilities

• Lead major highways projects as a Senior Project Manager or smaller projects as a Project Director
• Ensure projects meet revenue, profit, and cash-flow targets
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams
• Plan resources and keep teams aligned
• Manage project delivery and contract administration
• Share best practices and mentor team members
• Build strong client relationships and support business growth

About You

Requirements:

• Significant experience in Project Manager roles on large scale UK infrastructure projects
• Experience in the highway sector working with clients such as National Highways, Transport Scotland, and Local Authorities
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients and protect commercial objectives
• Good understanding of design procedures and various forms of contract
• Degree in civil engineering or equivalent
• Chartered Membership of the Institution of Civil Engineers or equivalent
• Project Management competence desirable
