Project Manager (12 Month Fixed-Term Contract)

About the Opportunity

Whitespace Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the Project Management team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role involves managing exhibition projects from inception to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple exhibition projects from handover to completion
• Develop and manage project timelines
• Coordinate internal departments and external suppliers
• Produce project costings and manage budgets
• Attend client meetings and provide onsite project management

About You

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience in project management within the exhibitions or events industry. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Eligibility

Degree in Event Management, Business, or related field preferred. Experience in exhibitions or design and build industry highly desirable.
