Responsibilities

You will lead portfolio strategies across multiple global regions for a complex, international office portfolio, influencing decisions that shape the firm's future workplace footprint and support long-term business performance. Your work includes end-to-end ownership of portfolio planning and performance.

About You

Your Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree or professional certification in real estate, law, finance, supply chain, project management, or a related field preferred
• 10+ years of experience in real estate portfolio management, workplace strategy, and/or corporate real estate, ideally with responsibility for a regional or multi-market portfolio
• Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Comfort making and defending recommendations based on data, facts, financial analysis, risk considerations, stakeholder input, and sound business judgment
• Ability to create clear, practical work products
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams
