Responsibilities

• Take a senior Client Portfolio Management role within the European Private Credit business
• Serve as a primary business development liaison for Barings’ European Private Credit Capabilities
• Communicate investment strategies internally and externally to grow assets under management
• Stay abreast of market developments and competitor intelligence
• Participate in client proposals, due-diligence questionnaires, and respond to client requests
• Collaborate on product development initiatives and marketing materials
• Contribute to Thought Leadership materials

Qualifications

University degree required, preferably in Finance, Economics, or related field

5-10+ years of experience in investment management or investment specialist role

Passion for financial markets, strong communication skills, analytical approach, and problem-solving mindset

Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel, data analysis skills, and willingness to travel

CFA or CAIA desired
