About the Opportunity

AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. We support all AWS data centers and equipment to ensure continual customer access to innovation.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Acquisition Support: Analyze title reports, due diligence findings, and site documentation for acquisition strategy.
• Acquisition Lifecycle Management: Drive pre- and post-acquisition activities.
• Financial Management: Provide owned-site inputs for OP planning.
• Strategic Real Estate Decision-Making: Drive alignment on strategic decisions for operational data center sites.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong cross-functional relationships.
• Portfolio Reporting & Insights: Maintain portfolio-level visibility through tracking tools and dashboards.

About You

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Real Estate, or related field
• Experience in commercial real estate or lease administration within industrial, commercial, and/or data center environment
• Experience working with and managing third party vendors

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience reading and interpreting lease language, managing critical lease dates, and conducting lease negotiations
