Responsibilities

• Managing key property transactions, including lease option exercises, lease renewals, and variations, and site closures
• Identifying and pursuing strategic growth opportunities such as acquiring neighboring sites and securing additional signage
• Negotiating market rent reviews and rental arbitration matters, and lead through property-related business interruptions to minimize loss
• Monitoring and enforcing McDonald's property rights — first rights of refusal, lease-to-purchase opportunities, legal matters, and compulsory acquisitions
• Building and managing landlord relationships and acting as the go-to for regional property matters, supporting operators and licensees
• Converting data and trends into strategic actions and insights
