About the Opportunity

Fresh Youth MK is a community-focused charity that provides mentoring and empowerment sessions for young people in Milton Keynes. The organisation collaborates with local partners to support educational and career aspirations of young adults.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate operational schedules
  • Lead project delivery and community sessions
  • Liaise with team leaders, volunteers, and partners
  • Maintain communication systems and documentation
  • Monitor KPIs and prepare impact reports
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding and risk management policies

About You

The ideal candidate is organised, detail-oriented, proactive, and tech-savvy. They should have experience in operations or project management, with strong communication skills and a safeguarding-first mindset.

Eligibility

Essential qualifications include proven experience in a similar role, familiarity with safeguarding requirements, and DBS clearance. Understanding of youth work culture and Milton Keynes community context is desirable.
