About the Opportunity

This full-time hybrid role, based in Singapore River with some work-from-home flexibility, focuses on coordinating and supporting projects across print and digital media initiatives. The Project Coordinator / Project Analyst / Junior Project Manager will assist in planning project timelines, defining scope, and organizing resources to ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget. Daily activities include tracking progress, updating project documentation, preparing reports, and communicating status to internal stakeholders and external partners. The role also involves scheduling and facilitating meetings, documenting action items, following up on deadlines, and helping resolve issues and risks that may affect project outcomes. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with editorial, creative, technical, and commercial teams to support smooth execution of campaigns and operational improvements.

About You

Strong project coordination and basic project management skills, including scheduling, task tracking, and resource organization. Ability to analyze data, prepare project reports, and support decision-making with clear, structured information. Solid communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present updates and follow up on actions across diverse teams. Experience or interest in media, publishing, or digital content environments, with awareness of both print and digital workflows. Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, project management platforms). Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively, demonstrating initiative and accountability. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, communications, project management, or a related field.
