Job Summary

Lead the Project Management Office (PMO) by overseeing the digital transformation project portfolio, ensuring governance, delivery, budget control, resource planning, and stakeholder engagement. The role will drive project execution from initiation to go-live while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the portfolio of digital transformation projects and programs.
• Establish and enforce PMO governance, standards, and project methodologies.
• Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Prepare portfolio dashboards, executive reports, and steering committee updates.
• Coordinate with business, IT, vendors, and leadership to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage project resource planning and prioritization across the portfolio.
• Drive RAID management, change control, and project quality assurance.
• Ensure benefits realization and successful project handover to operations.
• Support procurement, vendor management, and contract governance.

Mandatory Experience

Candidates must have experience managing digital transformation projects within the UAE real estate industry, including one or more of the following:

• ERP (Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, or SAP)
• Customer Experience & Mobile Applications
• Sales & Post-Sales Systems
• Property Management
• Finance & Procurement
• Integrations & Middleware
• Data & Analytics

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
PMP Certification (Mandatory).
PMI-PgMP, PMI-PfMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certifications are preferred.

Preferred Experience

Proven experience managing project portfolios for leading UAE real estate developers.
