About the Opportunity

Location: Dummer, Basingstoke

Salary: £30,000 – £32,000

You will join the Service Delivery team, where comprehensive training and support will be provided to ensure your success. Your main responsibilities will include efficiently provisioning products for both new and existing customers while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Constantly improve customer experience with maximum efficiency
• Co-ordinate internal and external resources, raise purchase orders, and organize materials
• Maintain relationships with key partners
• Record project details in CRM for billing purposes
