About the Opportunity

Location: Brighton or Southampton

Salary: £27,500pa

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and manage regional field schedules using in-house planning software
• Coordinate regional resource allocation
• Act as the primary point of contact between regional management, clients, and field technicians
• Organise and prioritise work requests
• Collaborate with laboratory contacts and clients for compliance documentation
• Review and submit field data reports
• Contribute insights to operational reporting and service delivery improvement

About You

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience working as a scheduler, dispatcher, or operations coordinator
• Exceptional time management and coordination skills
• Strong understanding of contract delivery and operational efficiency
• Outstanding interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

Desirable (But Not Essential):

• Practical experience or baseline knowledge of environmental monitoring or field service activities
