About the Opportunity
We are a reputable, industry recognised and established ANZ Mobile Lending Franchise covering South East Melbourne. An opportunity to be a part of an expanding business offering a part-time position as a client portfolio manager. Our office is based in Moorabbin.
Responsibilities
- Manage, grow and retain an existing portfolio of customers.
- Engage customers to identify lending and banking opportunities.
- Convert warm leads into successful lending outcomes.
- Prepare, write and submit lending applications.
- Manage lending applications through to settlement.
- Maintain CRM records and manage an active lending pipeline.
- Deliver high-quality customer service and ongoing relationship management.
- Identify opportunities to deepen customer relationships and increase portfolio value.
About You
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in ANZ retail banking and lending environments.
- Strong understanding of retail credit assessment and lending policies.
- Excellent customer communication and relationship management skills.
- Seeking a stable long-term career opportunity with flexibility for part-time employment (preferred 4-day week). Potential to make this role full-time on review.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous customer and loans experience within ANZ.
- Knowledge of ANZ systems, processes and lending platforms.
- Experience in mobile lending, branch lending or relationship or assistant management roles.
