At Amazon, we work hard to be the most customer-centric company on earth. The Last Mile Delivery Service Partner Team is seeking a Sr Project Manager, DSP Payments to drive efficiency and optimization across global payment processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive roadmap for WW DSP Payment Automation
• Partner with BI/Tech partners to drive efficiency and innovation
• Lead initiatives to design and optimize global payment processes
• Engage with global stakeholders and align priorities
• Analyze payment data for data-driven decision making
• Own program goals and drive initiatives to completion
• Embrace experimentation, learn from failures, and deliver innovative solutions
• Champion the customer experience

About You

We are looking for candidates with the following qualities:

• Strong ability to work autonomously and deliver results
• Exceptional organizational skills with a high bias for action
• Proven track record of engaging and influencing diverse stakeholders
• Passion for working on customer-centric initiatives

Eligibility

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience analyzing data and best practices
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience delivering against organizational goals
• Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in creating process improvement procedures
• Experience working with customers and strong analytical skills
• Excel skills, AI skills, Programming skills
