Sessions for the two days of the online course are scheduled daily from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. An industry professional leads the classes in a real-time virtual classroom setting. You won’t have to worry if you miss an online class because a recording will be accessible in the Student Hub temporarily.
The course is appropriate for people with various professional backgrounds, including those without formal project management training or experience. It is optional for enrollment, even though having a basic understanding of conventional project management tools and procedures can be helpful.
There will be a final written exam usually four days after the last class day. The IPM Scrum certification will be awarded to students who pass this exam.

CSM and PSM are certifications issued directly by Scrum Alliance and Scrum.org respectively. IPM Scrum Project Professional® is IPM’s own certification, which includes an optional pathway toward sitting the Scrum.org PSM I assessment separately — giving you both a standalone credential and the flexibility to pursue the industry-standard certification alongside it.
