Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming phone calls and emails from factory teams, customers, and suppliers in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinate customer requirements and expectations through clear, accurate, and proactive communication.
  • Review UK orders to ensure the clean order process has been followed and all required information is complete.
  • Liaise with factory teams regarding delivery schedules, production status, and any delays.
  • Create requisitions for third-party suppliers as required and follow up to ensure deliveries remain aligned to project plans.
  • Support the review of monthly reports, highlighting project delays, pull-ins, or dropouts to the Customer Service Team Leader.
  • Prepare and review documentation, clearly identify issues, and communicate findings to customers.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process issues and supporting problem-solving.

About You

Skills And Capabilities Required:

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of revenue, margin, and operational performance.

Eligibility

Qualifications And Experience:

  • Previous experience in multi-project coordination, scheduling, or customer service within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong telephone, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing deadlines.
  • Experience working within a matrix management structure would be beneficial.
