Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of high-end residential and building joinery projects
• Manage the complete project lifecycle — concept, approval, production, and installation
• Conduct client and consultant meetings to finalize layouts, materials, and specifications
• Prepare, review, and approve detailed shop drawings and technical submissions
• Coordinate with factory, procurement, and site teams for flawless execution
• Monitor project schedules, quality benchmarks, and cost control

About You

7+ years of experience in joinery project coordination or fit-out design. Proven track record on high-rise residential or commercial joinery projects in the UAE. Strong knowledge of joinery materials, manufacturing processes, and installation. Proficiency in shop drawings, technical submittals, and AutoCAD. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Strong client and consultant-facing communication skills. Familiarity with UAE construction standards and contractor requirements.
