About the Opportunity
The Structured Finance Portfolio Management (SFPM) team is responsible for credit risk management and administration activities for a diverse portfolio of transactions in various sectors. The ideal candidate will be highly self-motivated, experienced in project finance and/or real estate finance, and enjoy working collaboratively in a positive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Account management of project finance (“PF”) assets across all sectors
- Diligent and proactive credit monitoring
- Timely completion of all regular credit processes
- Administration tasks and regular reporting
- Active interface with internal departments and other stakeholders
About You
Qualifications, Skills, And Experience:
- Good understanding of risks associated with PF and/or REF assets
- Good knowledge of legal documentation
- Good financial analytical skills
- Demonstrable experience in managing a diverse portfolio of PF and/or REF assets
- Ability to solve problems, make decisions and innovate
- Excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and flexible work approach
- Independent thinker with a collaborative nature
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Second language skills desirable
- Education minimum 2 A-Levels but Bachelor’s degree or equivalent desirable
