We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects. Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Coordinators and Project Managers in planning and executing projects.
  • Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and follow-up activities.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and track action items.
  • Monitor project progress and update timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
  • Communicate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Help identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating them when necessary.
  • Assist in preparing project status reports, presentations, and documentation.
  • Ensure project activities comply with company policies and project management standards.
  • Perform administrative and coordination tasks to support successful project delivery.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • No prior professional experience required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Skills

  • Basic understanding of project management principles and project lifecycles.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, Asana, Jira, ClickUp, or Microsoft Project is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience with documentation, reporting, or presentation preparation through academic or personal projects is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
