9+ years of experience managing complex projects, programs or initiatives through a full project management life cycle, with 3 or more years of Medicaid or Medicare experience preferred. Proven experience leading complex, multi-workstream programs from initiation to completion. Demonstrated ability to define program goals, success metrics, and long-term strategic plans. Experience translating organizational objectives into actionable execution roadmaps. Strong background coordinating multiple related projects to ensure alignment and integrated delivery. Ability to develop and manage program plans, schedules, and resource allocations. Track record of monitoring progress, identifying issues early, and implementing mitigation strategies. Experience ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet program scope, requirements, and standards. Strong communication skills across engineering, operations, business, and senior leadership. Experience leading steering committees, executive updates, and program reviews. Ability to manage diverse stakeholder expectations and drive alignment at all levels. Proven ability to identify, evaluate, and track risks, blockers, and dependencies. Experience leading change management efforts and driving adoption of new tools, processes, or technologies. Experience developing repeatable frameworks, templates, and governance models to improve consistency. Ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives across programs and processes.
