Job Description

• Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules in collaboration with project teams.
• Monitor project timelines and milestones, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources effectively.
• Identify potential scheduling conflicts and propose solutions to minimise delays.
• Generate regular progress reports and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Support project managers in tracking project budgets and resource utilisation.
• Ensure compliance with organisational processes and standards.
• Assist in risk assessment and mitigation planning related to scheduling.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Project Scheduler Should Have:

• Previous experience in scheduling or project coordination within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
• Strong proficiency in project scheduling tools and software.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Experience of producing Gantt charts and working with RAID logs is a must.
• Previous experience of working in an Agile environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering results.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying potential issues.
