About the Opportunity

BlueCare is seeking a Residential Portfolio Partner for a permanent full-time opportunity. The role requires flexibility to travel and work across North Queensland, Sunshine Coast, North Brisbane, South Brisbane, and the Gold Coast. The successful candidate can be based from Sunshine Coast, North Brisbane, or South Brisbane. The remuneration includes an attractive industry salary package, Super, Not for Profit Salary Packaging, Penalties & Allowances.

About The Role

As a Residential Portfolio Partner, you will provide flexible leadership and operational support across a portfolio of residential aged care homes, ensuring continuity, stability, and excellence in service delivery. Working closely with the Portfolio Manager, Residential Service Managers, and support teams, you will step into services requiring interim leadership support, assist during leadership transitions, and provide targeted operational, clinical, and compliance guidance where additional expertise is needed.

• Support homes to achieve high standards of quality, safety, and compliance
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive continuous improvement
• Strengthen workforce capability and support sustainable occupancy and financial outcomes

Role Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Residential Service Manager or equivalent senior leadership role within aged care or a related health sector
• Nursing qualification with current AHPRA registration
• Strong leadership capability with the ability to engage, support, coach, and develop teams
• Proven experience leading operational, clinical, and compliance outcomes within residential aged care
• Understanding of aged care legislation, quality standards, accreditation requirements, and continuous improvement practice
• Financial and commercial acumen
• Current Queensland Driver Licence and willingness to travel regularly
• NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
• Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration and unlimited work entitlements
