About the Opportunity

The company is seeking a Loan Servicing Specialist to independently manage and service a portfolio of assigned loans, ensuring compliance with SBA guidelines and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Determine proper course of action for assigned loans
• Manage member service telephone calls and inquiries
• Prepare deferments for review and approval
• Contribute to organizational projects and improvement initiatives
• Reconcile misapplied payments
• Prepare monthly status reports

About You

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field, along with 3-5 years of servicing or underwriting experience, preferably with SBA loans.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent banking experience
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ servicing or underwriting experience
• SBA standard operating procedure knowledge
