Responsibilities
- Growing and managing the Bank's Retirement Savings Account (RSA) portfolio
- Building relationships with existing and prospective members to identify opportunities and support their retirement needs
- Providing product information and general guidance relating to retirement products
- Managing relationships with external administrators and service providers
- Monitoring portfolio performance and preparing sales, operational and compliance reporting
- Supporting product governance activities, including Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) reviews and product updates
- Delivering training and education sessions to branch teams to increase awareness and referral opportunities
- Managing member enquiries and supporting exceptional service outcomes
- Ensuring all activities comply with AFSL obligations, regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Acting as a Responsible Manager under the Bank's AFSL
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Experience within superannuation, retirement products, wealth management or financial services
- Strong understanding of superannuation legislation, retirement savings products and member servicing requirements
- RG146 qualifications covering Superannuation and General Financial Product Advice
- Experience operating within a regulated financial services environment
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to analyse data, prepare reports and identify growth opportunities
- High attention to detail and strong compliance awareness
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A genuine passion for helping members achieve better financial outcomes
