Responsibilities

  • Lead on property management and contract management issues for the portfolio
  • Reporting to the Senior Portfolio Manager
  • Lead, empower, and manage direct reports
  • Fulfill the responsibilities of the Head Tenant role
  • Manage building management requirements and customer experience of tenants

About You

As a Portfolio Manager, you should be detail-oriented, organized, and have excellent communication skills. Experience in property management and contract management is required.

Eligibility

Based in the South and East England, part-time working hours are 15.

Expected Interview Dates: 1st week in August 2026
