About the Opportunity

Join us on Victoria’s Big Build, delivering the Victorian Government's rail infrastructure projects. Our organization has changed its name from Level Crossing Removal Project (LXRP) to VIDA Rail to reflect our broader remit. We are excited to continue projects like the Level Crossing Removal Project, Melbourne Airport Rail, and Big Build Rail.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement and contract management activities for the project
• Lead engineering and construction teams to deliver the project within approved parameters
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders
• Lead complex negotiations on critical project matters

About You

You are an experienced senior leader with a strong track record in delivering complex infrastructure programs. You thrive in complexity, have exceptional stakeholder management skills, and can lead high-performing teams.

Eligibility

Extensive senior leadership experience in infrastructure projects required. Experience in project governance, construction management, and procurement strategy essential.

Benefits

• 3-year fixed term position
• Total Remuneration Package between $298,489 - $430,740
• Hybrid working arrangements
