About The Role

Reporting to: Head of Major Events

Fuse is looking for an experienced Event Professional with both ticket and major event management experience, who is an excellent leader and thrives within a fast-paced agency environment. You will report to the Head of Major Events and will be the main day to day point of contact with one key client (Enterprise Rent-a-Car).

A focus for all the role will be managing the communications, requesting and approval process and delivery of the clients tickets across their respective match days in the UEEFA UEL & UECL competitions. However, the primary role will be responsibility for the successful pre-event planning, implementation and onsite delivery of the Enterprise guest programme(s) at the UEFA Finals from 2026 onwards.

You will have strong communication skills, needing to communicate with a pool of global clients, and strong leadership ability, managing 3 direct reports. The successful candidate will also have good organisation skills, being able to manage multiple projects at once, and keen eye and attention to detail. You will also have excellent Microsoft excel skills and knowledge of ticketing guest management systems would be a bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Season Ticketing
  • Managing a team of Account Managers and Account Executives
  • Oversee the management and distribution of ticketing assets across projects
  • Oversee the management and execution of global communications to be distributed to markets of each client, having final review and approval of all comms
  • Be a point of escalation for the team to the client as required
  • Manage and lead on all financial reconciliation across both clients
  • UEFA Finals Guest Programmes
  • Planning and onsite delivery of a guest programme(s) for guests at the UEFA Europa League Final and UEFA Conference League Final
  • Acting as a senior contact and interface between client(s), client agencies, venue stakeholders and the appointed destination management company (DMC)
  • Close liaison with all project workstream leads (and core Fuse Event team who manage all in-season activity) to ensure the smooth delivery of the overall guest experience
  • Supporting the team throughout the project and ensuring that all agreed deadlines, submissions and artwork approvals are met

Desired Skills & Experience

Experience in major sporting events, specifically in managing partnerships, ticketing, hospitality and guest programmes. Project/Account management experience across a range of sport brands would be ideal. Experience with online ticketing portals and guest management systems preferred. Strong or advanced Microsoft Excel skills. A thorough understanding and comfortable in managing financial processes with strong numeracy and analytical skills. Strong reporting capability. Experience in managing mid to senior level clients and internal stakeholders. Experience of working with international clients would be a bonus but not essential. Experience of people management and ability to motivate and manage project teams.

Eligibility

You need to have the ability & willingness to work flexibly, usually in the London office, with occasional UK travel, on-site at events and some weekend work.

This is a full-time role & you must be eligible to work in the UK.
