About the Opportunity

Role type: Full Time; Fixed Term for 3 years

Department: Chancellery Research and Enterprise

Salary: UOM 9 - $146,049 - $151,951 p.a. plus 17% super

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate IP commercialisation support
  • Develop and maintain portfolio data, dashboards and valuation approaches
  • Support governance frameworks and committees for start-up, VC and funding portfolios
  • Oversee onboarding, monitoring and risk assessment for portfolio companies
  • Contribute to commercialisation strategy and venture-creation models

About You

You may be a great fit if you:

  • Hold a relevant postgraduate qualification or equivalent experience
  • Bring reasonable post-qualification experience in related fields
  • Demonstrate familiarity with intellectual property, commercial transactions, and corporate or legal documentation
  • Excel in managing complex datasets and analytical reporting
  • Communicate confidently across technical, commercial, and executive stakeholders
