Project Manager

About the Opportunity

Equans is looking for a Project Manager to join our team covering Birmingham and North Wales on a 12 month fixed term contract. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle or allowance, bonus and benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate project work opportunities from within a set portfolio of maintenance contracts
• Liaise with key stakeholders on their requirements and explain feasibility of their schemes to become a trusted advisor
• Work with developers, designers and sub-contractors to define and document scope(s) of work(s)
• Develop and understand the full scope of works in line with the desired project business case and in turn outcome. This is to be within agreed budget requirements and required profit margins
• Manage, run and draw up tenders on behalf of the customer as required. Carry out full tender analysis of all sub-contractor returns
• Ensuring all project works are compliant to CDM 2015
• Identify, reduce and manage all statutory and commercial risks associated with the project they are leading

About You

We are looking for an experienced project manager with experience within the FM industry. A confident communicator able to balance the needs to all stakeholders, client and suppliers.
