• Manage a portfolio of high-value customer accounts
• Negotiate repayment of outstanding arrears through various communication channels
• Monitor portfolio health through regular analysis
• Apply proactive strategies for effective account recovery

About You

Bring proven experience in collections or credit roles, strong communication and negotiation skills, hands-on experience with collections systems, and understanding of compliance obligations within a regulated environment.
