Project Director

About the Opportunity

BMS CAT, a national leader in disaster restoration, is seeking a Project Director to join their team. The successful candidate will play a key role in estimating mitigation work related to fire, water, flood, and other property losses affecting both residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities

• Estimate projects for residential and commercial losses
• Prepare accurate and competitive bids using industry software
• Collaborate with insurance adjusters, TPAs, and property owners
• Build and maintain strong referral relationships
• Attend industry events and assist with marketing efforts
• Drive sales growth and profitability

About You

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on estimating experience in residential and commercial properties. Experience with Xactimate is highly preferred, along with strong organizational and time management skills.

• Experience using Xactimate (highly preferred)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills with both residential and commercial property owners
• Experience with time and material estimating (preferred)
• A team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
