About the Opportunity

CAA ICON, a division of leading entertainment and sports agency Creative Artists Agency (CAA), is seeking a Project Manager to join their team in San Jose, CA. As the industry’s leading owner's representative and strategic management consulting firm for sports and entertainment facilities, CAA ICON offers a dynamic and rewarding work environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage project design, construction, and other Owner direct contracts on behalf of the client.
• Track Project Budget and Schedule compliance.
• Assure a positive working environment for the Project Team.
• Develop and manage RFP process for sub-consultants and vendors.
• Monitor construction progress and quality control on the job site.
• Assist in obtaining necessary approvals and permits.

About You

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, architecture, or real estate, or 7-10 years of relevant experience in the construction industry. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Project.

Eligibility

Exposure to construction site characteristics and willingness to travel as needed are required for this role.
