Lifecycle Project Manager

About the Opportunity

Equans is looking for a Lifecycle Project Manager to join our team at Worcestershire Royal Hospital on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, car allowance, and benefits package.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and delivery lead around asset management and Project delivery of the Lifecycle plan
  • Lead on key technical disciplines related to Building infrastructure, Mechanical & Electrical systems in Healthcare premises
  • Engage with internal teams and FM suppliers to identify assets that need maintenance or replacement
  • Provide technical support on lifecycle works, ensuring compliance with industry standards
  • Monitor subcontractor compliance with standards and budgets

About You

In-depth knowledge and experience of relevant processes and procedures, building fabric, M&E disciplines, Department of Health regulations, and legislative issues. Previous experience in a similar role with commercial and financial awareness. Qualified to HNC or equivalent in engineering discipline, accredited to NEBOSH or IOSH, and understanding of ISO 15001. Desirable qualifications include a degree, Asset Management Diploma, and technical experience in PFI contracts.

Eligibility

This role includes a DBS Enhanced with Barred Lists check, therefore the ability to pass is essential.
