About the Opportunity

The Project Coordinator (PC) role involves ensuring all assigned projects are properly documented and uploaded to the PMWeb platform. The PC is responsible for accurate data entry, meeting client and Project Managers' expectations, and supporting the team in achieving project goals.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Managers in developing project plans
  • Monitor project progress and review data regularly
  • Collate and review supply chain quotes
  • Act as primary contact for JLL for the JPMC Account
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders
  • Collate, review, and upload project quotes
  • Ensure contract adherence and manage key performance indicators
  • Facilitate information transfer for projects delivered under the IFM contract

About You

Ideal Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role, experience in handling client sensitivities, translating client needs into business growth.

Critical Competencies for Success: Technical competence, quest for excellence, performance management, project management skills, planning & organizational skills.

Other Personal Characteristics: Client relationship skills, effective team player, strong communicator, self-motivated, flexible, honest & trustworthy.
