Responsibilities

  • Lead client-side project governance, aligning business objectives with project delivery outcomes
  • Lead procurement and delivery phases, including tendering, contract execution, construction, and commissioning
  • Oversee contract administration, including RFIs, variations, superintendent’s directions, payment schedules, and defect management
  • Lead financial performance, including forecasting, cost control, revenue management, and reporting

About You

We’re seeking a project director who thrives on complexity and can lead multiple commissions, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive strategic project outcomes from feasibility through to practical completion. You’ll oversee project teams, ensuring delivery across scope, cost, quality, and program.

Eligibility

What You Bring: Technical & Leadership Strengths

  • Strong background in Contract Administration or Superintendent roles - ideally on large health or complex social infrastructure projects.
  • Minimum 7+ years in project management or client-side delivery roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor high-performing teams.
  • Confidence working at senior executive, steering committee and PCG levels.
  • Skill in client engagement, business development, and relationship building.
