About the Opportunity

Job Title: Project Coordinator – Interior Fit Out

Company: Leading Interior Fit Out Company, Dubai

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 3,500 – AED 4,000 per month

Experience: 2–4 Years in Interior Fit Out / Construction Projects

Employment Type: Full-time | Site + Office Based

Joining: Immediate

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Scheduling: Assist Project Manager in preparing project plans, master schedules, and micro-planning for interior fit out works
• Site-Office Coordination: Liaise daily between design team, site engineers, MEP teams, procurement, and client representatives
• Material & Approvals: Follow up on material submittals, shop drawing approvals, RFIs, and delivery schedules with vendors
• Progress Reporting: Prepare and submit daily/weekly project progress reports, labor reports, and MIS to management
• Documentation Control: Organize and update all project documentation – drawings, MOM, permits, inspection requests, snag lists
• Meetings: Attend client coordination meetings, internal review meetings, and safety meetings. Record and circulate MOM
• Track Progress & Issues: Monitor site progress vs planned schedule, highlight delays, raise red flags, and support issue resolution

About You

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Diploma / B.E in Civil, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
• Experience: 2-4 years in UAE/GCC with Interior Fit Out, Joinery, or Commercial Construction projects
• Technical: Knowledge of interior finishes, MEP coordination, BOQ, and UAE construction standards
• Software: MS Office, MS Project/Primavera P6, AutoCAD. Basic Revit knowledge is an advantage
• Skills: Excellent communication, vendor follow-up, multitasking, and reporting skills
• Other: Valid UAE residence visa preferred. Should have transferable visa / NOC if currently employed in UAE
