Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all project activities from preconstruction through to completion
• Develop and manage detailed project programmes
• Oversee the performance of the project team
• Manage relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and supply chain
• Take ownership of the commercial and contractual position of the project
• Drive high standards of safety, quality, and compliance on site

About You

Minimum Requirements: Experience delivering high-end construction projects within a main contractor environment. Strong understanding of JCT contracts, commercial management, and leading project teams.

• Strong experience managing construction projects over £12m in value
• Great understanding of JCT contracts
• Advanced planning and programming capability
• Very strong understanding of construction methods and project delivery on medium to large scale projects
