Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all project activities from preconstruction through to completion
- Develop and manage detailed project programmes
- Oversee the performance of the project team
- Manage relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and supply chain
- Take ownership of the commercial and contractual position of the project
- Drive high standards of safety, quality, and compliance on site
About You
Minimum Requirements: Experience delivering high-end construction projects within a main contractor environment. Strong understanding of JCT contracts, commercial management, and leading project teams.

- Strong experience managing construction projects over £12m in value
- Great understanding of JCT contracts
- Advanced planning and programming capability
- Very strong understanding of construction methods and project delivery on medium to large scale projects
