Your Next Role

Buro Happold is seeking a proactive and highly organised Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of multidisciplinary projects and business initiatives across a range of divisions and functions within the organisation.

This role offers the opportunity to be part of a collaborative and fast-paced environment, supporting both project delivery and strategic initiatives across the Middle East region. You will work closely with discipline leaders, engineers, technical specialists, operational stakeholders, and senior leadership, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating and supporting multiple projects and initiatives across various business divisions and disciplines
  • Assisting teams with planning, scheduling, reporting, document control, and project administration activities
  • Tracking project actions, deliverables, deadlines, risks, and dependencies to support successful delivery outcomes
  • Coordinating internal and external stakeholder meetings, workshops, and project reviews
  • Supporting project mobilisation activities and ensuring alignment between operational requirements and timelines
  • Monitoring project progress and assisting in the preparation of status reports, dashboards, and management updates
  • Supporting coordination and communication between technical teams, operations, and leadership stakeholders
  • Assisting with leadership discussions and strategic coordination activities across regional initiatives
  • Supporting the delivery of Middle East innovation, transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Coordinating governance activities, action plans, and follow-ups from leadership meetings
  • Preparing presentations, briefing papers, meeting packs, and communication material

Your Skills and Experience

Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Support, PMO, Operations Coordinator, or similar role

Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Confidence working with senior leadership and multidisciplinary teams

High attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and reporting

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and project tracking/reporting tools

Experience supporting multidisciplinary or cross-functional projects is advantageous
