About the Opportunity

The Project Director position at TMW offers the opportunity to lead operational delivery, financial management, collaboration, and production oversight across multiple client programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational delivery across multiple client programmes
• Design and implement optimal team structures and processes
• Forecast and manage resource requirements
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery
• Own financial performance of accounts
• Lead and develop project teams
• Oversee integrated production across campaigns

About You

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in agency project delivery, operational leadership, stakeholder management, and integrated production.
