Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong value proposition and product line marketing strategy for Building Care and Floor Care portfolios
  • Lead portfolio strategy for North America Building Care, expand offerings, and identify growth opportunities
  • Manage product portfolio performance and lifecycle management
  • Drive innovation through product launches and Voice of Customer insights
  • Ensure clear, consistent, and compelling product messaging
  • Support commercial success by partnering with sales and marketing teams

About You

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field or sufficient related work experience
  • 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing, building websites, and analytics
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Understanding of the EPA registration process for sanitizers
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and in a fast-paced environment

The expected compensation range for this position is between $123,690.00 and $181,412.00 plus discretionary bonuses.
