Project Director – Property Development

About the Opportunity

Potensis Selection is pleased to partner with an award-winning Mixed Use Developer who is looking to expand their existing team and recruit an additional Project Director. The business has developed an enviable reputation for consistently delivering high-end, complex, and design-led projects across the capital for over 20 years.

Responsibilities

• Manage project management teams to ensure key construction milestones are met and the project runs to the agreed program.
• Lead and engage with initiatives to enhance the business's reputation within the wider community.
• Promote and communicate the company’s quality standards and procedures to relevant team members.
• Uphold the company's health and safety standards and embed a culture of safety and quality within the project team.
• Work closely with and report to the Executive board on progress, key milestones, and the project’s KPIs.

About You

Experience of delivering high-value, complex mixed-use or apartment-led projects, gained from within a Residential/Mixed Use Developer or Main Contractor would be appropriate for the role. In addition, all candidates will need to be capable of forming effective relationships with external and internal stakeholders and exhibit a calm, professional approach to problem-solving.
