About the Opportunity

Calling all Construction Coordinators, Superintendents, and Project Engineers! Established and growing General Contractor seeking an Install Manager for coordinating construction operations.

Location: Livonia, MI

Employment Type: Full Time

Compensation: Base+Bonus (Total comp: $80-90k)

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial installation projects from handoff through completion
• Order materials and equipment aligned with project schedules
• Schedule installation crews and subcontractors across multiple job sites
• Act as liaison between office and field teams

About You

Top 3 Skills:

• Organization (Spreadsheets, CRM, Labor Tickets)
• Familiarity with Construction Materials
• Drive to grow as an individual and drive the business

Qualifications include 2+ years of experience in commercial construction or installation management, ability to read and interpret construction drawings, proficiency with construction software and Microsoft Office, and valid driver’s license.

Eligibility

For this role, we are looking for someone who has experience as a Project Coordinator or Project Engineer.
