You will be working in the Building Services OU based in Worrall Hospital in Kent where we are responsible for creating healthy workplaces, comfortable homes, and efficient facilities that improve people’s lives. Responsibilities

  • Support the Senior Project Manager and team in the day-to-day administration of the appointed works.
  • Completion and administration of contract processes in accordance with JCT contracts ensuring contractual compliance and governance.
  • Monitor project works and track milestones, mitigate risks, and update all outstanding actions.
  • Consult with both internal and external parties, stakeholders, supply chain partners to support delivery of capital works and contract deliverables.
  • Provide accurate job reports, updated trackers support in client reports and audits.
  • Assist with valuations, variation and change processes as required.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Hold a full UK driving licence.
  • Has the ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
  • Has experience within commercial properties such as schools, office buildings.
  • Is qualified to QS or Construction Management background.
  • Has a minimum of two years Construction/Commercial experience.
  • Has a strong understanding of JCT contracts.
  • Has strong diligence and record-keeping ability.
  • Has experience of CDM 2015 regulations, Building Safety Act 2022, and Building Regs 2023 (desirable).
