About the Opportunity

Project Coordinator – Construction PM Consultancy

📍London Bridge & the City | Hybrid (4 days office / 1 day WFH)🕘 Full-time | 9am–5pm

Are you an organised, proactive Project Coordinator with experience in the construction/built environment sector? We’re working with a dynamic project management consultancy who are looking for someone just like you to join their friendly, fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with project coordination and administration
  • Coordinating and managing project schedules
  • Track project budgets
  • Manage client invoicing process
  • Prepare tenders and manage the bids process
  • Attending meetings and supporting client communications
  • Preparing project and contract documentation and reports

About You

Previous experience in an administrative or project coordination role within construction/the built environment, ideally in commercial design or engineering or architectural. Excellent organisational and communication skills. A keen eye for detail. A collaborative, can-do attitude.
