About the Opportunity

I am currently working with a Top Tier One Main Contractor, who have a couple of opportunities for a Project Director, to lead on either a major £150 Million New Build Commercial Project or a £20 Million New School.

Responsibilities

  • Working on a flagship project for a leading Main Contractor
  • Client meetings, working with design, managing site managers and pushing the programme.
  • Oversee the scheme as Lead, covering technical and commercial teams on site.
  • Oversee the whole build process from start to finish.

About You

Our client is looking for someone who has overseen the whole build process as No1 on site, on major projects, and leading teams of up to 6-12 Managers. Experience on planning, pre-con and delivery would be desirable.

Eligibility

Ideally a PD who is confident in their ability to lead, good communicator and excellent with clients. Excellent client facing and communication across design, commercial and operations. Looking for someone who is career focused and wanting to progress.
