Role Description

Play a key role delivering tech sector mega-projects. We are looking for an experienced Project Director to join our rapidly growing team. You will play a key role leading the delivery of one of our biggest data centre construction projects in the Nordics. The successful candidate will be based either 100% in country, or there will be significant international travel to the Nordics (11/3 rotation).

Role Accountabilities

• Managing all stages of hyperscale data centre construction projects
• Pre-construction tasks including creating Master Project Schedule and Budget, supporting contractor pre-qualification, bid analysis, and recommendations
• Construction tasks such as managing contractors, coordinating Value Engineering efforts, budget management, and schedule monitoring
• Close out/fit up tasks including initiating close out process, establishing documentation requirements, assisting with final inspections and occupancy process

Qualifications & Experience

First and foremost, you share our passion for improving the quality of life. An in-depth understanding of large-scale technical projects and construction techniques is required. Experience working on Data Centre new build and refurbishment projects, preferably on hyperscale builds, would be advantageous. Ability to commit to significant international travel is essential.
