Eligibility

  • 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Project Director in Mechanical Construction (HVAC, Piping, Plumbing strongly preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or significant equivalent experience in Construction Management
  • Demonstrated track record managing large, complex mechanical projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Strong leadership, team development, and mentoring abilities
  • Proven client relationship skills with general contractors, end owners, vendors, and subcontractors
  • In-depth knowledge of construction documents, plans, specifications, and the ability to interpret and communicate technical information
  • Proficiency with construction management software such as ProCore, BlueBeam, P6, Microsoft Office, Viewpoint (Autodesk a plus)
  • Experience with estimating, change order preparation, and resource-loaded project scheduling
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and long-term project goals
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and financial acumen
