About the Opportunity

Join our fast-paced and growing team across the East and West of the ST region, delivering Green Solutions under the AMP8 WINEP programme in Waste Infra Capital Delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Collating reports for the leadership team and create standardised formatting for reporting purposes i.e. toolbox talks, driver compliance, ABCDE, service now requests, monthly programme updates and license to operate evidence packs.
  • Management of ACC and Sharepoint file structure to ensure consistency across both teams, while also ensuring documents are saved in the correct domain, both internally and from design consultants and contractors.
  • Creating detailed project notes and meeting minutes with an ADL register in a collaborative space.
  • Produce reports for the Project Managers and the Senior Leadership Team throughout the monthly reporting cycle.
  • Monitor and process project budget data in order to ensure accurate costing and time recording.
  • Management of the CDM tracker.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.

About You

Experience:

  • Experience of managing projects in SAP, ACC, CEM and PowerBi.
  • Experience of working on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience of managing and interpreting data when producing reports.
  • Experience of preparing monthly performance reports using various data and statistics, even when some is conflicting.
  • Experience of working in a team environment.
  • Understanding of working to standards, codes and practices.
  • Experience of managing budgets.

Capabilities:

  • Well organized and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Good communication, report writing and presentation skills.
  • Strong personal discipline, able to operate within boundaries and parameters (design standards, H&S regulations etc.)
  • Good problem-solving skills.

Qualifications Required

Excellent level of IT skills, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

GCSE or equivalent English, Maths.

Desirable

  • Full UK driving license
  • Understanding project programmes, change controls and links to SDO.
  • Understanding of current SBF best practice or experience of facilitating fast pace meetings.
