Project Coordinator/Handler – Global Market Access

About the Opportunity

We are hiring a Project Coordinator/Handler - Global Market Access to join to our dynamic and collaborative team. The role focuses on enabling customers’ products to be exported and marketed worldwide by managing global market certification approvals and cooperating with international authorities, laboratories, certification bodies and governmental organizations.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring projects are completed on time and in alignment with internal processes and continuous improvement practices
• Acting as a primary point of contact for clients, discussing technical issues, communicating project costs and negotiating timelines and sample requirements, as needed
• Supporting clients throughout the entire project lifecycle, addressing concerns proactively and resolving issues to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Applying a continuous improvement mindset to strengthen processes, optimize workflows, and improve project completion efficiency
• Building up easy tools to ensure that the right documentation list is available, as well as process paths
• Combining understanding of customer’s needs and different program’s requirements to identify the right process path for each project
• Providing point-of-access support to address any local acceptance issues and ensuring successful market access

Qualifications

Native Arabic speaker with strong fluency in English, both written and spoken. Completed vocational training in business, administration, or a related field. Demonstrated strategic thinking abilities, with an interest in contributing innovative ideas and practical solutions. Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders. Ability to work within and adapt to different international standards, rules, and regulatory requirements, with a willingness to learn and grow in this area. Ability to understand and meet customer needs and expectations, demonstrating customer‑focused mindset. Commitment and ability to meet all deadlines and to quickly respond to priority issues.
