About the Opportunity

$104,700 + Super + ability to salary package up to $15,900 tax free for living expenses under the RACGP’s health promotion charity status. Full-time, fixed-term opportunity until 31 July 2027. Located at our East Melbourne office near Jolimont Station with onsite parking with WFH opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities to ensure delivery aligns with agreed timelines, scope and KPIs
  • Identify, analyse and escalate risks, issues and dependencies impacting project outcomes
  • Schedule, support and document meetings, workshops and online learning sessions
  • Prepare reports, analyse data and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and program delivery

About You

Proven experience coordinating projects or programs, delivering outcomes on time and within scope. Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively. Excellent organisational skills, managing multiple priorities, events and deadlines simultaneously. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, solve problems and drive continuous improvement.
